Make-up work: If a student is absent, it is the student’s responsibility to obtain notes and assignments missed.
 
Assignments and Assessments: Homework will be assigned as needed. It will be checked and graded for completion and/or correctness.
 
Late work: To encourage student responsibility, late papers will be penalized 11 points (one day late), 21 points (two days late), and 31 points (three days late). Any assignment turned in more than 3 days late may not receive more than 50 points.   This policy is for daily class work and/or homework only.
  
Progress Reports or Report Cards: Every three weeks a progress report or a report card will be sent home. Please look for these throughout the year. We encourage parents to track students’ current academic progress online using Family Access.
