National Junior Honor Society

This organization is by qualifying student records only. During 7th grade year, student grades, leadership and behavior during 6th & 7th year are reviewed.  Qualified students are invited to apply.  NJHS is a national organization focused on developing leadership, community service, being a student leader and role model.  Members organize community service projects, fundraisers and organize/participate in community service projects.

Membership in the National Junior Honor Society is one of the highest honors that can be awared to a secondary student.  The NJHS has worked hard to bring the accomplishments of outstanding students to the attention of teachers, peers, and community.

The Spring Oaks chapter of the National Junior Honor Society is open to all students in the eighth grade. Members are chosen at the end of the seventh-grade year based upon careful consideration of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.
