I am thrilled to be member of the Spartan STRATFORD AMERICA family.  I have taught Health Science for 22 years and am anxiously waiting to take the Stratford Senior HOSA Interns to Memorial Hermann/Memorial City Hospital.  They will have wonderful experiences observing all the areas of the hospital.

The students are to have:

1.)  8x11 spiral ring notebook to Journal their rotations in the hospital.

2.)  A small notebook to take notes while on rotations and use information to write in their Journal.

The Intern students will wear:

A clean set of scrubs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday on rotations.  They will wear a plain white undershirt under scrub shirt and a clean, pressed lab coat.  Students must take their Lab coat home every Friday and return cleaned and pressed for the next week of rotations. shoes must be clean  white  tennis shoes or predominantly white.

Make-Ups

If a student misses an exam, they are to make it up the day they return to school.  If they want to come in the morning to take a test before school, I am always at school by 6:30 a.m.  I would ask they let me know the day before to make sure I will be in the classroom.
