Classroom Information

Hooray, Hooray!  It's almost 100th day!  Kindergartners will be celebrating their 100th day of school on Friday, February 2, 2018.  We will have 100 day activities all week and will conclude our celebrating with our annual 100th Day Parade.  All parents and siblings are welcome to attend.  Parade starts promptly at 8:30 in the Frostwood hallways.

100 Things for the Pets We Love!  Kindergartners will be collecting items for needy pets starting Febuary 1, 2018.  Our goal is to collect 100 items to give to CAPS to help them take care of these helpless animals until they can be adopted to furever homes. Items needed include:  toys, pet food, towels, paper towels, newspapers, plastic bags, and garbage bags.

Mid Winter Conferences are February 8th & 9th.  An email will be coming soon to give you  more information.

Please read to your child nightly!  Talk to your child about the books you have read.  Have them share the connections they are making to the story.

Have your child practice tying their shoes. I am so proud of all the kindergartners who completed the fall challenge.  My goal is to have every student ready for first grade with all their laces in the right places.

Nightly readers are going home.  It's is important that they are returned the following day so they can also be read in class, and I can change out books.
