Health and Fitness

The students at Frostwood Elementary are given the opportunity to become efficient movers and gain the knowledge to make healthy choices now and in the future.  A district curriculum is provided which includes health related fitness activities, sequential gymnastics, and skills related to sports and leisure.  Through the many group activities and games provided, the students learn valuable lessons in teamwork and cooperation.  The curriculum also includes general safety, nutrition, and beginning wellness concepts.
