Campus Technology Specialist

Mr. Hill is the Edgewood Campus School Improvement Specialist for Technology.  His duties center around student integration of campus technologies and staff training in the usage of these technologies. 


Ron Hill - Edgewood Instructional Technology Specialist

Ron Hill has been an Instructional Technology Specialist with Edgewood Elementary since January of 1999. Formerly with the Tacoma Public Schools in the state of Washington for 30 years, he comes to Spring Branch with a wealth of educational experience in the classroom, in school administration, and in technology. He is the former C.E.O. of The Cutting Edge which was an educational training and consulting company. 

Mr. Hill is also an adjunct professor for Seattle Pacific University, the University of Puget Sound, and City University. He has a total of 26 technology syllabi through these universities where he has taught over 5,000 educators between 1988 and 1998.

Since arriving at Edgewood, Mr. Hill has pioneered the annual Technology Day for students to celebrate their many accomplishments in technology. His vision for Edgewood is to inspire all staff, parents, and students to integrate our many campus technologies to their fullest potential for success in all academic areas.
