Cedar Brook Elementary has a habitat for birds and fish that is a science study area.  It features beautiful plants, a pond, and a butterfly garden.  We had assistance from Urban Harvest in the design of the garden, and Lowe’s donated $2000 for the materials and plants.  Memorable Landscapes donated the bedding mix for the project.  CBE students planted native plants to attract butterflies and birds.  Thanks to the Girl Scouts and all of the parents who helped us plant our butterfly garden!
