Curriculum

To create self-motivated, life-long learners, early childhood programs in Spring Branch provide a developmentally appropriate, integrated curriculum that aligns with state Pre-K Guidelines and enhances the social/emotional, intellectual, aesthetic, and physical development of each child while nurturing autonomy, self-esteem and success.

A typical daily routine begins at:
  • 8:15-10:15 with breakfast and Workshop I (Language Arts/Social Studies, Music/Art)
  • 10:15-10:30 recess in our courtyard playground
  • 10:30-11:30 Workshop II (Math)
  • 11:30-12:30 Lunch/Quiet Time
  • 12:30-1:00 Gross Motor
  • 1:00-2:15 Workshop III (Projects integrating content areas)
 
We prepare children for Kindergarten success by nurturing a solid foundation in both academic and social/emotional learning. We support the transition to their Kindergarten school by networking with the teachers and visiting the school.
