2. Next meeting – Not much to discuss for a meeting next week April 3, how about April 17? April 17 next meeting
3. Book Swap –
· Do you know of a business that might want to donate?
· Accept comic books or magazines? Vote; paperbacks, hardbacks, graphic novels & non-fiction books (not older than 10 years) will be accepted – comics, no magazines
· Should we keep students’ coupons so they won’t get lost? Will keep coupons in a container until swaptime
· Table schedule during lunch- work with 2 – 3 people so that you can cover each other if you need to go get lunch, etc.various people signed up
· Deadline – tardy bell Monday week of book swap so as to allow LA teachers to adjust library schedule ; Friday April 4 during lunch is deadline for grade level count
· Signs – volunteers ; I’ll take care of CNN announcements book swap coupons
· After all grade levels have swapped, possibly open it up to those who didn’t have book to donate signs created by library assts during Cesit
· Ideas of where to donate leftover books? Let me know later.
