December Agenda
1. Next meeting in January 10… snacks? Jennifer Gutkowski retired & Cordelia Wilks is new member; thank Anna Pendergrass for snacks- Hannah Vergult will do snacks next meeting
2. Book exhibit books are in; Anthony needs to pick his up; pass out wish sheets;
3. Officers are creating by-laws at officer meetings –talked about officers, but haven’t made rules about attendance yet – any input? E-mail Ms. Tallerine or tell an officer
4. Need 2 additional officers – one of each gender – must write a paragraph saying why they should be selected and submit by next Tuesday afternoon – bring to the library –
5. Library assistants for 4th six weeks – need 2nd & 3rd period- No one had a free period to be a library assistant
6. Suggestions for next semester?
· White elephant- January 10th bring a wrapped paperback book that is gently used – we are doing this for sure!
· Sophie is going to bring the story that tells us how to pass the books right or left
· Some students want to read to the toddlers on campus
· Book drive
· Book swap
· Summary on CNN
· Show a movie and have students bring a book to donate in order to get a snack or something similar
