Process for Writer Technical Support:
- The 3rd grade team leader will call or email Mike Capaci with the problem. Be prepared to give a detailed explanation of the problem. Please have the problem unit in front of you when you call. Most of the time, issues can be resolved over the phone.
- If the unit needs to go back to AKT, they will email an RMA form to you. You will need to box up the unit and mail back to AKT.
If an issue arises in the next few months AKT will pick up the postage both ways. After December campuses will need to make arrangements to ship the unit back to us. Mike Capaci's Contact Information:
