stream (10:10-10:30): your child can get extra help from me during this time

4th period (10:35-12:30): math/science block

5th period (1:10-3:10): math/science block

 

I am available a lot to help your students.  I will have after school algebra tutoring per request until 4:15pm.  You may pick up your child then or they can ride a bus to their nearest elementary school.  Have your child talk to me ahead of time about which day works best for all of us.  Please send them with a note that includes the day they are staying and how they are getting home; this will keep us from having to call you that day.

Mon (11/16) - Students will demonstrate an understanding of the concepts studied (compound inequalities, percent, percent change) by completing the test with at least 80% accuracy.

T -Students will demonstrate an understanding of how to find the unit rate and how that ties to the slope of a line by completing an activity in class.

W - Students will demonstrate an understanding of how to figure out the slope of a line by participating in an in-class flipchart and analyzing previous assignments.

R - Students will demonstrate an understanding of how to figure out the slope of a line by participating in an in-class flipchart and completing practice in class.

F - Students will apply their knowledge of slope by completing an activity to determine the slope of various flights of stairs in CSA.
