Special Announcements

Welcome Back and hope you had a GREATsummer break!  We've got some exciting changes coming to the District that will greatly benefit many of our schools.

The USDA has recently made available a new program called "Community Eligibility Provision."  This program allows qualifying schools to serve all students free of charge for both breakfast and lunch!  For the 2014-2015 school year, only 17 of our campuses will qualify, but we feel this is a great benefit to those lucky schols.  Additionally, I hope that you'll continue to see upgrades to the fruits, vegetables, and entree items that we're serving for this next year.

Remember that a well balanced breakfast is the best way to start your day and prepare your bodies for the for the tremendous educational benefits that SBISD Provides!

Have a great year and please contact me if you have any concerns or if I can answer any questions.
