Temporary Shortages

"Welcome back from the Holidays - all of us here at CNS sincerely hope you had a restful and joyful break!   The recent "Polar Vortex" that plunged a huge part of the United States into freezing temperatures is already wreaking havoc with our food supplies.  Please be prepared to experience periodic and temporary shortages of some menu items that you're used to seeing such as citrus, leafy greens, and even beef and chicken.   The first of these inconveniences is already here: oranges.  The usual Valencia and Navel oranges we receive are already being replaced by another variety called "Cara-Cara."   These are similar to the "Cuties" that you've seen in the stores but slightly bigger and just as sweet.  As always, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns."
