The Rotary Club of Spring Branch-Memorial sponsored a luncheon for Landrum Middle School students recently to honor outstanding youth chosen by teachers at the end of the first grading cycle.
SBISD Board of Trustees member Wayne Schaper Sr. was the luncheon’s speaker. He encouraged students to begin thinking about their future. The Rotary Club Luncheon is considered a “Landrum Tradition.” It’s been held for more than five years to recognize students who do well.
Rotary Club members complimented the meal, which was prepared in Ms. Sobol’s Food Production Management class with student help.
