Thanks to funding from Dynegy Inc., 71 seventh- and eighth-graders at Landrum Middle School visited Texas A&M University in College Station. Students toured the campus and Bush Presidential Library. One Landrum Middle student kept count and earned 100 “Howdy!” greetings from Aggies in less than two hours. Students wrote Thank You notes after the event. Many said that they would like to attend college there one day.
