Can you imagine devoting nearly half of your life to educating young people? This is exactly what Memorial High creative writing teacher Mary Hall has done. Despite celebrating her 90th birthday last month, Mrs. Hall does not seem to be slowing down one bit. She spent almost all last summer refining her curriculum and creating new ways to challenge her students. As if this was not enough, Mrs. Hall is always looking for other ways she can help around the school.
We all are honored to have a teacher show this level of commitment and dedication to the students of Spring Branch. Mrs. Hall has truly showed us all how you can always continue to pursue what you are passionate about no matter how old you are.
