GT Speaker series begins Sept. 20
The Gifted and Talented Parent Advisory Committee (GT PAC) will host its noontime speaker series, beginning Sept. 20, with a talk by University of Houston Professor F. Richard Olenchak. His topic is Gifted Boys. All meetings will be held in the SBISD Administration Building, 955 Campbell Road, Room 275. All programs begin at noon and are open to the public. Talks begin at 12:15 p.m. followed by question-and-answer sessions. On Oct. 18, SBISD Advanced Academic Studies Director Lynette Breedlove will present a program, titled Overview of the AAS Five-Year Improvement Plan.
