Online registration will begin Jan. 15 for Adult Day and Evening School classes to be offered by SBISD’s Community Education Department. The next semester of classes begins Feb. 11 and will conclude on May 11. Online applications will be accepted through Feb. 15, class space permitting.
Community Education class offerings include youth and adult dance, sewing classes, GED test preparation, English as a Second Language, bridge, origami, painting, stained glass, Spanish, French and German, and FAA Ground School for Pilots, among a variety of hobby and leisure learning topics.
In-person registration for popular Community Education classes begins Jan. 29 and will continue through Feb. 7. In-person registration is held at the Spring Branch Education Center, 9016 Westview, Room E-106. Planned in-person registration times and dates are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Jan. 29-30; 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., Feb. 2; 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Feb. 4; 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., Feb. 5-6; and 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., Feb. 7.
Fees must be paid at registration. Spring Branch residents will pay a nonrefundable registration fee of $15; out-of-district residents will pay a $20 registration fee. For details on Community Education classes and registration, please visit http://communityed.springbranchisd.com.
