What does research indicate about Parental Involvement?

Parental involvement is a very important component in a child’s success in school and in life. According to research, children whose parents are involved in their education, achieve more academically and exhibit more positive attitudes and behaviors. This is true regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnic, racial background, or the parents’ education level.
