The Library Needs You!  

There are many ways for parents to help out in the library!  If you have an hour here or there in which you would like to come help, please contact me.  No experience necessary!  Just a love for books and children!

Some of the ways volunteers may help:

	Shelving & straightening books
	Checking books in and out to students
	Processing of new items - stamping books, covering paperbacks in clear contact paper, etc.
	Help with annual inventory
	Covering the library while the librarian attending faculty meetings or at lunch time
	Assisting during Book Fair (we will have one in October and May)
	Decorating for holidays and special event, such as Black History Month, Poetry Month, etc.

 All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Registration Form and have it approved prior to volunteering in a SBISD school.  You may access this form online at http://www.springbranchisd.com/partners/PART_DEV/volunteers/volforms.htm.
