This program is for students in Grades 3-5.  Students need to sign up on the Library Program Handout.  This is a time for students to work in small groups in the library to promote reading and technology.  Students will come  to Lunch Bunch 3 or 4 times a year during lunch to work on projects or share stories.  Students must bring or purchase their own lunch.  We meet in the Library Storage Room during the grade level lunches.  School rules must be followed.  Listen to KRCE, look for invitation flyer or check schedule in library for dates to come to Lunch Bunch.  This is a voluntary program.

Library Friends is designed for students in grades 2 - 5.  Students come to the library during recess 2 to 3 times during the year to work on projects that support the library and students at Rummel Creek.  Sometimes they will help process new materials, other times they will help in decorating the library.  Students need to listen to KRCE, look for invitation flyer or check the schedule in the library to know when to come to the library for Library Friends.  This program is voluntary.

Library Board is a program for grades 4 & 5.  The students who serve on the Library Board help with early morning circulation, classroom circulation and help make decisions about programs sponsored by the library.  The Library Board meetings are held at 7:30 in the morning on a very irregular schedule - an invitation flyer will be sent home when there is a scheduled meeting.  Library Board members have an active role in making things happen in the library.
