When trying to login to a computer and you get a message "Account disabled"; go to a working computer and submit a new trouble ticket. Include all the computer information and the computer name. The name is found in the login window. The domain field has a drop down menu, one is labeled "This Computer" with a string of letters and numbers. The string is the name that needs to be included in the trouble ticket.
