 Student Individual Folder Instructions (H drive)    Print  

  1. Double click on My Computer
  2. Double click on the (H:) drive to save and access personal files
  3. Picture 1 here 
  4. If needed, double click on your graduating year
  5. Picture 2 here
  6. Type the first three letters of your last name and the screen will automatically jump to that area in the directory
  7. Navigate / scroll across to your folder and double click on it to access personal data
  8. Picture 3 here

Students have modify rights over their own folder. Students can Save, Delete, Copy and Paste files in their own folder.

Open access is available to all Staff.


 Known Issues    

Intermittent ESS Issues - Thursday, July 09, 2009

Effective as of 3 PM July 9th a solution has been implemented for the ESS issue. The user may have to restart their computer for changes to take effect. If trouble continues please create a trouble ticket.

 

CCTV Issues - Monday, April 27, 2009

Please submit all CCTV issues thru the 251Tech Ticket System.

 

Spiking Promethean Board - Thursday, April 23, 2009

for a spiking promethean board, please do the following:

1. make sure your drivers are updated

2. make sure the firmware is updated

If you are still having problems after this, please create a trouble ticket and a technician will stop by to help you.

Odyssey - Friday, October 31, 2008

Teachers login using –
Username = short alias
Password – spring05
Classes are never set up in Odyssey, teachers create their own classes and assignments.

 

 

Account Disabled - Wednesday, July 02, 2008

When trying to login to a computer and you get a message "Account disabled"; go to a working computer and submit a new trouble ticket. Include all the computer information and the computer name. The name is found in the login window. The domain field has a drop down menu, one is labeled "This Computer" with a string of letters and numbers. The string is the name that needs to be included in the trouble ticket.
