The Technology Services web site has three main goals:
  1. Inform about current technology issues
  2. Allow employees to find solutions to technology challenges
  3. Allow employees to request assistance from the central technology staff

Submit A Trouble Ticket

All tickets must include Brand, Model, Fas/Asset Tag & Service Tag Number.

Parent Connect

Parent Connect is currently down. No ETA.

 

Account Disabled

When trying to login to a computer and you get a message "Account disabled", submit a new trouble ticket. Include all the computer information and the computer name. The name is found in the login window. The domain field has a drop down menu, one is labeled "This Computer" with a string of letters and numbers. The string is the name that needs to be included in the trouble ticket.
