All MOUNTED ACTIVboard orders begin with surveys, not requisitons.
- For mounted boards, the classroom(s) must be surveyed; email Luis Liboy at liboy@procomputing.com. He will need to know what type of board you want (AB+2 or standard mounted), your campus and room number, and the best time to survey your classroom(s). Do not contact Mr. Liboy if you are ordering boards on stands.
- Based on survey, prepare your requisition(s).
- Room numbers must be on the PO next to ATTN or your PO will be kicked back.
- For CEILING mounted projectors only, email John Baugh in the district.
- Fax ACTIVclassroom requisitions to Barbara Kissamis at 713.365.4644.
