ACTIVclassroom Installations

The Technology Bond Project will fund ACTIVclassrooms in the district for grades 1-5 and core curriculum.

• Phase I--Pilot included Title I fourth grade classrooms and approximately 80 high school math/science classrooms. Phase I is complete.
• Phase II--Non-title fourth grade and secondary math/science. The Title I fifth grade classrooms were also equipped in Phase II. Phase II is complete.
• Phase III--The installation of non-title fifth grade, and 12 secondary ELA/classrooms. Phase III is scheduled for completion in spring 2009.
• Phase IV--Final phase includes grade 1, 2, 3, and secondary ELA/Social Studies.

Ordering an ACTIVclassroom

If you would like to order an ACTIVclassroom for fine arts/foreign language/health fitness, etc, please make note of the approximate costs below excluding electrical and any customization costs. Before you can get the actual cost of any configuration, there must be an electrical survey and an installation survey.

The cost to move a board or a projector will be incurred by the campus. If you need your board or projector moved, please contact Barbara Kissamis. This will generate surveys and a quote.
